Taken from the album Soothsayers meets Victor Rice and Friends (out on 28 Oct 2022), Glass Fish is a goody bag full of sweet melody and nostalgia, inspired by memories of Sunday afternoons with family friends. South London living rooms only accessed on special days, prized sofas adorned in protective plastic, corner bars and ornaments. Glass Fish swims in Hawaiian melodies oozing from Joao Erbertta’s lilting guitar mingled with warm melodic horns, hammond organ blended with deep bass supported by Bruno Barque's understated but impeccable drumming. Victor Rice strips it down for the dub mix and delivers a sumptuous sonic palette of drum and bass seasoned with pinches of instrumentation that add organic spices and flavour creating an irresistible musical feast.
